European Music Day in Kythera

Singers, dancers, musicians, composers, athletes, artists, photographers and actors inspired from Kythera invite us to celebrate together the Summer Solstice and the European Music Day! On the pier Kapsali - facing the sky and the sea, Tradition meets Disco, Rebetiko meets Jazz. Choral music, Beatbox and Folk & Rock music manifest! The young and mature dancers of the island present Modern, Traditional and Latin dance demonstrations! The athletes present Kempo Karate, Tae Know Do, Kapoera and Akido! Actors present small amazing theatrical skits while the rest of the artists are presented with videos and art projections!

Kapsali Bay is decorated in land, by a unique exhibition of the treasures of our lands – our unique traditional products! In the sea the wonderfully decorated boats of our fishermen are floating by the mirroring stars. While beautiful bars, taverns and patisseries are ready to give a sit for all the lucky ones, who will have the ability to watch this concert directly from the island!
