Means ‘speed play’ in Swedish. Combines continuous and interval training. Fartlek allows the athlete
to run at varying intensity levels over distances of their choice.
Put stress on the whole aerobic system due to the continuous natures of the exercise.
Our program includes, continuous running, free exercises and techniques of martial arts.
Personal training and mini groups (max 4 persons) on beautiful Kythira island, for nature lovers.
