Also known as Chora, as in most Greek islands, it is the island’s capital. Along with Kapsali, Chora makes the most picturesque and striking images on the southern part of the island.

The part of the island that has it all and definitely stands out in everybody’s heart, Kapsali is a tourist village and main point of reference for everything that goes around, meeting place for friends, romances and embracement.

The most beautiful –in terms of lush vegetation - village of Kythera. Located centrally in the north of the island and near the airport, it has wonderful view to a beautiful glen, the gorge of Tsakonas.

Perhaps the most beautiful village of Kythera. Set on the eastern part of the island, Avlemonas is a coastal village with picturesque bays.

It is the central village in southern Kythera. Livadi has many shops, food market, cafes, restaurants and other services. There are also many small hotels and rooms to let.

What could possibly be said about this village? Located in the northern part of the island, just after the village of Potamos, Karavas is a green-clad place.

It is the largest village on the island. If you find yourselves in Kythera during winter, you might not meet a single person around the island. Once you reach the square of Potamos though, the scene will be different as it never gets quiet there.

A large in extent village on the south of Kythera, shortly after Livadi. It is famous for its active residents, has several rooms to let and three beautiful beaches nearby: Firi Ammos, Chalkos and Vroulea.

A village of legends and traditions. Start your visit with a morning coffee and cake in the square, under the planes. The traditional café, the church, Kamari with the running waters and ducks offer a pleasant and familiar feeling.
