A Voyage to Kythera means to many people a nostalgic wandering in exotic and dreamt places. The myth of Kythera, also known as the island of love, goes far back in the traditions of France and Italy . Since ancient times, Kythera is related to the myth of Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty and Eros.

Reality brings us to a place of myth, not as distant as it is presented in the tradition of literature, but with its marks strong. It is enough to walk on the clear beaches and watch the sunset, for this to be felt. Somewhere there, particularly in Diakofti, the northern coastal village of Kythera is where we tried to mix tradition, hospitality and technology with the ultimate aim to provide the best possible experience to our guests.

Filoxenes Katoikies studios are newly constructed and located in a lovely garden only 100 meters from the sandy beach of Diakofti ideal for children and families. Shops for your groceries are also convenient for your self-catering needs. Finally, restaurants and traditional cafe are very close to our apartments and indeed very close to the sea.

All our rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. They are also equipped with refrigerator, air-condition, central heating, TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchenette and spacious balconies and terrace with view to the sea. Fast service, friendly and logical prices, hospitality are our golden rules.

The apartments are 20 m2 to 30 m2 big. The highly recommended immaculate accommodation is the personal supervision of the owners. From the balconies visitors can feel the magic of the unique sunset across the sea and will appreciate the peacefulness of the surroundings.
