to one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Kythera, Avlemonas. A traditional fishing village with beautiful bays and the Venetian 'Castello' , always remains one of the favourite destinations on the island. Here you will find the “Stathis” apartments!

The beaches are within walking distance, minimizing the need for a car and in addition the picturesque port of Avlemonas, where you can enjoy your daily swim is literately a few steps away from the entrance of the complex.

Our appartments

Our complex consists of four apartments, (studios), with a capacity of accommodating two to four persons (with the possibility of an extra bed).
In the spacious interior we have attended to the small details in order that we may offer you a pleasant stay.
Our apartments are large, some with an additional separate room, all with their own private bathroom and all containing a television, air conditioning, hair-dryer, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster and a fully equipped kitchenette.
From the beautiful balconies you will enjoy the sea breeze and the mountain air that descends from the chapel of St. George.
