Eric the chef will make
the original French
pancake “Special Chef”

1 Apple
50 grams of sugar
30 grams of butter
1 measure of Bacardi Black Rum
1 ball of ice-cream vanilla
Chocolate dust-jacket
Little castor-sugar
Whipped cream

We peer the apple and cut it in fine pieces. We put the butter, the sugar, the fine-cut apple in the frying pan and fry till the apple get brown. We make the pancake pastry, put the fry-mix above, add the castor-sugar around and we also throw the rum, the chocolate dust-jacket and finally in the centre we put a vanilla ice-cream ball.At the end we put the whipped cream in the corners.
